الملخص

This research addresses the topic of pre-Islamic adoption and the abolition of its practice in light of the Holy Quran, focusing on the Holy Quran's  stance on adoption and its rejection of pre-Islamic practices. The research aims to clarify the importance of adhering to Islamic rulings related to lineage and family relationships, with a focus on the negative effects of adoption on the purity of lineage and the loss of the rights of legitimate children. The research also presents the Quran's unique approach to adopting, demonstrating that it does not alter the true identities of children or disrupt lineage, and that adoption is prohibited to protect hereditary rights. The research relies on both inductive and analytical approaches, using Quranic texts and Prophetic hadiths as primary references to study the concept of adoption and its impact on society. The research demonstrates the necessity of abolishing adoption, according to the Holy Quran, as a means of protecting lineage. Quranic verses indicate that adoption leads to the mixing of lineages and the loss of natural rights of biological children. It also promotes social justice by preserving inheritance rights and ensuring the absence of family disputes. The study concluded that the nullification of adoption in the Holy Quran is a necessary measure to protect lineages and strengthen healthy family relationships, thus contributing to achieving justice and social stability. It is recommended to adhere to Sharia provisions to strengthen natural bonds between individuals.
